When you hire a car from us, you have an option to choose an insurance coverage called CDW. CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) cover you from any damage to the rental cars in a collision. We recommend that you add this to your rental.

The rental car is only allowed a maximum of 250 kilometers of driving per day. The additional miles driven will be charged at the end of the rental period, depending on the type of vehicles.

If you were involved in an accident, you are required to collect the police record and submit it to us. You can contact our customer service team; they will help you out in your emergency.

Yes, we do. In case of any emergency or even a car breakdown, you can contact our customer service anytime; we provide you with the necessary assistance you need.

Yes, you are able to do this. With 24 hours heads-up, you can extend the return date.

Smoking inside the car is not allowed; if you smoke inside the vehicle, we will charge 250 AED in addition to the rental payment, which will be used to clean the smell of the tobacco inside the car.

The daily rental charge does not include the fuel cost, but we provide a full tank of fuel for cars, which you must keep at the same level while you return the vehicle. For the Salik, the payment will be collected from the individual who rents the car after he/she returns the vehicle, in addition to the rental fee.

There is 2 hours (120 minutes) grace period for returns. After 2 hours, full-day late charges apply.

Yes! You can reserve a car for a rental by contacting one of our sales representatives. It maybe varies depends on your request. Conditions apply

Since it takes several days for the UAE’s traffic fines to be updated in the online system, we request a certain amount from you as a pre-authorization deposit. We will hold an amount from you for 15 days from the date you returned the car. The amount and mode of deposit will vary by agreement type.

If you live in the UAE on a Residential Visa / Work Permit, you can rent a car with a valid UAE Driving License.  Passport holders of GCC, US, UK, Canada and other countries listed below can drive on their home country license in the UAE. Find out if your country’s driving license is valid in the UAE below.

  • Passport with the entry stamp and copy of the visit visa

If you are a GCC national

  • National ID card Copy
  • Driving License Copy

No one other than the person registered to drive the car is allowed to operate it. However, if you would like to add drivers, there is a possibility. First, they had to be registered, pay the fee needed, and provide the necessary documents required.
